Watch Warranty

• Patek
• Piaget
• Tag Heuer
• Tudor

Sumpters Jewelry warrants our watches against defects for the period of 2 years under normal use.  We hereby warrant our watch to the original owner.  Other watch brands are excluded from this warranty.

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, misuse, abuse or neglect.
• Sumpters Jewelry will remedy any covered defect at no cost to you
• You will be responsible to ship the watch securely to us

Should there be any mechanical or functional defect found, please include your name and purchase date and return the watch to:

Please note that this warranty is granted by Sumpters Jewelry and any problems with regard to the same should be directed to Sumpters Jewelry. We do not authorize another company to work on our watches and is not included in our warranty policy.  You will be responsible for all costs associated with having another company work on any item sold by us.
